Why Use DIY Whipped Body Butter?

It helps boost the production of collagen while healing the skin and reversing the signs of ageing. It softens the skin and protects it by ceasing a protective barrier.

Why I Chose These Whipped Body Butter Ingredients

All the ingredients incorporated in the below recipe are 100% organic and chemical-free. They are suitable for all skin types but the best is for dry.

  1. Shea Butter

It has a high content of fatty acids which is essential to lock moisture into the skin to create a protective layer. It also helps reduce dryness while its anti-inflammatory properties work to repair sun damage and reduce irritation. It is non-comedogenic in nature making it suitable for acne-prone skin type.

  1. Coconut Oil

Coconut oil contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties which kill harmful microorganisms to keep the skin healthy. It is used to treat cracked, dry, and sensitive skin by keeping it moisturised for a period. It also boosts the production of collagen to enhance your youthfulness.

  1. Lavender Essential Oil

It is loaded with anti-inflammatory properties which reduces the irritation and redness of the skin. When applied on the face it tackles acne, reduces wrinkles, and evens out skin tone. Lavender essential oil is quite beneficial in treating skin conditions like eczema and psoriasis.

Can You Use DIY Whipped Body Butter on Your Face

Whipped body butter can be used on the face but in moderate quantity to avoid clogging skin pores. If you have acne-prone skin then avoid using whipped body butter on the face.
