How To Make A DIY Tassel Garland – Video Tutorial

This DIY tassel garland is really easy to make and you can use any colours you like.

I used some tissue paper that had been folded up to make ribbon ( you will see in the video) and yarn but you could easily cut strips from sheets, or use string / ribbon.
